How did Jordan create this look?

HOW TO

IMAGE 4 MAC Cosmetics Blue chroma cake was applied with a paintbrush from the art supply, beginning at the centre of the model's face.   MAC Cosmetics purple paintstick around the perimeter was buffed in with a small fluffy brush, which resulted in a lilac shade emerging at the border of the aqua and deep purple.

IMAGE 5 Pat McGrath Matte Trance lipstick in Full Panic was smudged out onto the model’s cheek with fingers.  The color was then re-applied over lips with a lip brush to (strengthen) the lip shape.   Deep brown Paintstick was buffed across the eyelid, followed by OCC Pencil in Tarred closest to lash-line.   Multiple coats of Dior show Mascara were applied to lashes to thicken as much as possible.

IMAGE 8 MAC White Full Coverage was the base through the centre of the model’s face.  Orange and Red MAC Paintsticks were combined and buffed outward across cheeks in an intense pattern, as well as through crease and eyebrows.   Pat McGrath Matte Trance Lipstick in Full Panic was applied in an haphazardly technique for an intense but smudged effect.   Blue Chromacake was activated with Water mixing medium and painted around the perimeter of model’s face and into her hair.

IMAGE 10 The triangular eye-lid shape was mapped out with OCC Pencil in Sebastian, then followed with MAC Paintstick in Deep Brown around the outer perimeter.   Skin was minimally perfected with RMS Beauty Oil and Un-Cover Up.   The diffused asymmetrical lip shape was created by combining OCC Pencil in Grandma with OCC Lip Tar in Interlace.
